Pathway to Resilience and Purpose

September 4

6:30pm - 8:30pm

Saint Paul United Methodist Church

Lauren Sisler is a two-time Emmy award-winning sportscaster and former college gymnast. Her career in sports broadcasting with ESPN and the SEC Network as a sideline reporter for college football and gymnastics is remarkable. Yet her personal journey is what defines her purpose.

As a freshman at Rutgers University, Lauren lost both of her parents within hours of each other. Her parents had a hidden struggle with prescription drug addiction. Through her pain, she chose to rise. By embracing her story and making peace with it, she found healing and now inspires others to do the same.

Lauren's story invites you to discover your inner strength. She offers practical insights to build a life that can face challenges while staying true to what matters most.

Lauren will sign copies of her book, Shatterproof, following her presentation. Copies will be available for purchase onsite provided by Francie & Finch Bookshop.
